Our "love of nature" influences how we run our business. The most important things for us are the environment, our team, our suppliers, the wildlife, the neighborhood and of course our customers. Everything is somehow connected. For us, sustainability is not a separate issue, but a complete package. For us, it's part of our attitude to life. Sure, we're not perfect, but we do our best to improve our company and the world around us.

We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact by implementing sustainable practices in our operations and supply chain. This includes reducing waste, using energy and water sparingly and promoting the use of environmentally friendly products.

Community
We pay a living wage. All our employees receive a wage that is above the Swiss minimum wage and covers their basic needs so that they can lead a healthy and fulfilling life. As there is currently no official Swiss living wage, we have taken the minimum wage (2022) and increased it by 35%. By paying a living wage, we create a more stable and productive workplace and invest in the wellbeing of our community. We believe that everyone deserves a fair and decent wage and we are proud to play a leading role in making this a reality in the seasonal work industry.
